We are a blank check company incorporated on July 17, 2019 as a Cayman Islands
exempted company and formed for the purpose of effecting an initial business
combination. We have generated no revenues to date and we will not generate
operating revenues until we consummate our initial business combination. Since
our initial public offering (as described below), we have focused our search for
an initial business combination on businesses that may provide significant
opportunities for attractive investor returns.
