China Yuchai International Limited is a Bermuda holding company established on
April 29, 1993 to own a controlling interest in Yuchai. We currently own,
through six of our wholly-owned subsidiaries, 76.4% of the outstanding shares of
Yuchai. We operate as an exempted company limited by shares under The Companies
Act 1981 of Bermuda. Our registered office is located at 2 Clarendon House,
