Combination" above for further details of the Business Combination. The Company
was incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands originally under the name
of "Netfin Holdco" on February 19, 2020. The Business Combination was
consummated on November 10, 2020 and on such date the Company changed its name
from "Netfin Holdco" to "Triterras, Inc."
