(Naamloze Vennootschap) and includes the activities of Frank's International
C.V. ("FICV"), Blackhawk Group Holdings, LLC ("Blackhawk") and their wholly
owned subsidiaries (either individually or together, as context requires, the
"Company," "we," "us" and "our"). We were established in 1938 and are an
industry-leading global provider of highly engineered tubular services, tubular
fabrication and specialty well construction and well intervention solutions to
the oil and gas industry. We provide our services and products to leading
exploration and production companies in both offshore and onshore environments,
with a focus on complex and technically demanding wells. We believe that we are
one of the largest global providers of tubular services to the oil and gas
industry.
