EXCO Resources, Inc. and its consolidated subsidiaries.
We have provided definitions of terms commonly used in the oil and natural gas

Annual Report on Form 10-K.
We are an independent oil and natural gas company engaged in the exploration,
exploitation, acquisition, development and production of onshore U.S. oil and
natural gas properties with a focus on shale resource plays. Our principal

Texas, Louisiana and the Appalachia region. Our primary strategy focuses on the
