PulteGroup, Inc. is a Michigan corporation organized in 1956. We are one of the
largest homebuilders in the United States ("U.S."), and our common shares are
included in the S&P 500 Index and trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the
ticker symbol "PHM". Unless the context otherwise requires, the terms
"PulteGroup", the "Company", "we", "us", and "our" used herein refer to
PulteGroup, Inc. and its subsidiaries. While our subsidiaries engage primarily
in the homebuilding business, we also have financial services businesses,
including mortgage banking, conducted principally through Pulte Mortgage LLC
("Pulte Mortgage"), title, and insurance brokerage operations.
Homebuilding, our core business, involves the acquisition and development of
land primarily for residential purposes within the U.S. and the construction of
housing on such land.
